Also always feel free to make an appointment with one of our providers to discuss this very important topic. As professional pediatricians', we want all children to be safe, healthy, and protected from these potentially devastating diseases, and we recommend fully vaccinating all eligible infants and children.
We recommend the following schedule for well baby and well child checks during the first two years of development.
Initial well baby check' at 2months following with 4 months, 6, months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, and 24 months.
Our pediatricians' follow the immunization guidelines as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Birth - Hepatitis B
2 months - Rotavirus, PCV, combination DTaP-IPV-Hib, Hepatitis B
4 months - Rotavirus, PCV, combination DTaP-IPV-Hib
6 months - Rotavirus, PCV, combination DTaP-IPV-Hib
9 months - (Catch-up vaccinations if behind)
12 months - MMR, PCV, Hepatitis A
15 months - Varicella, DtaP, Hib, Hepatitis B
18 months - (Catch-up vaccinations if behind)
2-3 years - MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A
4-5 years - DTaP, IPV
11 years - Tdap, Menactra, HPV (plus 2 more doses HPV over following 1-2 years)

All ages - Review need for catch-up vaccines Influenza vaccine seasonally, starting at 6 months of age.
